Pushed every set last night, while maintaining strict form. Overall good nite with some gains :)
Machine parallel bar dips: 12x85, 9x95, 8x95, 6x95
DB Flat Bench Press: 10x25, 8x25, 7x25, 8x25
Seated Machine Lat Raises: 8x70, 7x70, 8x70, 4x80
Machine Presses: 10x43, 9x43, 9x43
Tricep Rope Pushdown: 7x70. 10x60, 8x60
Standing Overhead cable Xtension: 12x60, 10x60, 10x60, 7x70
I will do abs at home tonight (really!!) as I ran out of time
