Not bad - just ran out of time (and sore from Monday)I think I may switch chest/tri's/shoulders to Wed next week so I can work out back/biceps/forearms Monday (instead of Wed) and switch back & forth every other week. Soreness isn't usually apparent on Mondays, but is on Wednesdays. (I guess Monday is my best training night and I would like to take advantage of this)

Machine Pulldowns: 6x150, 10x130, 8x130, 7x130
Close Grip Machine Pulldowns: 10x90, 9x90, 9x90, 8x100
Machine Lat Row: 10x90, 10x90, 7x100
Machine Curl: 8x50, 9x50
Standing Barbell Curl: (tired) 5x35, 5x35
Seated DB 21's: 21x12, 21x12, 18x12
no abs :(
