Highlights: Was fighting the beginnings of a cold. Felt awful - but I pushed myself through! Did not succumb! And afterwards I felt better than when I arrived at gym. Good job :)

SL DeadLifts: 10x135, 10x135, 10x135
Bentover DB Laterals: 14x13, 13x15, 12x15, 13x15
1 Arm DB Rows: 13x35, 10x40, 9x40 (first time with 40!)
Front DB Raises: 10x12, 15x12, 10x13
Reverse BB Curls: 10x35, 7x35,
Abs 3 sets
