Highlights: Lots of energy, a new PB on seated calf raises :) Tried Plié Squats for the first time - think I will encorporate this one into the routine as I could really feel it working the glutes.
Lowlights: None

Seated Leg Curl: 12x90, 9x110, 10x100
Seated Leg Press: 13x210, 10x230, 10x240
Plié Squats: 10x20, 10x40, 11x50, 10x55 (next time start at 50lbs)
Seated Calf Raises: 11x145, 10x155, 7x155, 11x155
Single Leg Calf Raises (standing) 11x40, 11x40, 11x40
Ab Crunches 3 sets 30
