Turned a rather cranky mood into a very good workout. Took it easy on the shoulder just in case.
Standing Lat Raises: 11x12, 10x12, 9x12, 8x12
Seated Presses: 10x18, 8x18, 7x18, 6x18
Bent Over Lat Raises: 10x12, 9x12, 13x12, 12x12
Concentration Curls: 10x15, 10x15, 5x18, 8x18
Standing 2 Hand Cable Curls: 11x40, 11x40, 7x50, 7x50
Tricep Pulldown with Rope: 13x60, 6x70, 7x70, 8x70
Tricep Kickbacks: 12x15, 10x18, 7x18, 7x18
Abs - crunches, twisted crunches
