Great night - totally focused. Pushed every set to the max and dammmmmmm :) it felt good.

not a 10/10 only because I think I could have done 3 more crunches! Incline Dumbbell Fly: 10x22, 7x27, 6x27, 6x27 Dumbbell Flat Bench: 14x22, 12x22, 12x22, 6x27 Machine Row: 12x90, 10x90, 8x100, 5x110 Machine Presses: 6x50, 6x43, 8x43, 8x43 Standing Lat Raises: 9x12, 10x12, 10x12, 9x12 Dips behind back: (feet propped) 14, 10, 9, 10 Dumbbell Kickbacks: 12x22, 12x22, 8x22, 9x22 Twisting Crunches: 50, 37 Leg Raises: 12, 12 Incline Crunches: 20, 22 Leg tucks: 30, 30
