A change of goals

Well, as the heading states, it is time to change my workouts some as I am leaning toward maximum fat burn and quality of muscle now. So, here is my first installment, dreaded leg day. I did not even do squats today as you may notice.
Legs...
leg presses (feet very low and together, these are for good quad sweep)...10x450,7x540,8x540,6x595
Leg presses (feet medium height and shoulder width)...10x590,10x590
Leg extensions...10x95,9x100,8x100, supersetted with sissy squats using the smith bar for resistance...3x15 (legs burning now boy!)
Leg curls...12x95,12x100 supersetted with static lunges...10x40,10x40,10x40 (the burn is immense..walking like a duck!)
Supersetted Abductors and Adductors..3x15 @ 120
Calves...
Seated calf raises...12x4 plates, 10x5 plates,8x5 plates+25
supersetted with standing toe raises
Calves off leg press....15x400,15x415
Head for the recovery drink. I would have run if I could have! Legs are still a bit quivery even now typing this. Very cool! Got to have great legs to have any hope of winning any contests.
Wait till tomorrow chest day...complete change, chest, back and shoulders. Massive superset day.
