V-bar press downs- 4 sets of 15 do not remember the weight

Hammer curls 45x10 50x10
Preacher bench curls-4 sets of 15 light weight not sure what it was.
Highlights:good strong feeling workout
Lowlights:I ripped off the skin again. Got out my versa grips to cover that spot and finished the workout.
