A great Friday

Friday was another kick-@$$ workout – felt pretty strong again! I didn’t get to do a log entry until today since I had to go to Southern Cali for my brother’s wedding (left Saturday morning; got back after midnight last night). I’m all ready to go hit it again hard this afternoon…

- Thought I’d try a little variety on my inclines, and start off with the Hammer Strength plate loaded incline press:
90 x 10 (warm-ups)
180 x 10
270 x 8
360 x 3
Then, I finished them off on the smith for the incline:
360 x 4 (positives)
180 x 10 (bottoms)
180 x 8 (wide grip & full reps)

- Front delts super set with side delts (dumbbells):
30 x 8, 30 x 6
25 x 6, 25 x 8
20 x 8, 20 x 8

- Rear delts (tried them on the pec dec today for variety):
150 x 8
120 x 10
100 x 10

- Upright rows:
95 x 8
115 x 8
95 x 10
