A new one

Today is the start of a new round of KB practice. I've taken a couple of Dave Whitley circuits and will be running through them for about six weeks. I've found six weeks to be about where my head says "STOP." My body follows soon after that.

So, here it is:

Week One - Day One

Start: 7:16am
Finish: 8:20am

Warm Up: Joint Mobility - 9:00
Body Movements: Crow/Wall Crawls/Quad Hop/ Pistols - 5:00

Circuit:
Double Clean x5 (16kg bells)
Pull Ups x5
Burpees x5
Swing x20 (24kg bell)
Rest: 1:00

Do the above five times. Today's times:

#1 - 2:15
#2 - 2:40
#3 - 3:30
#4 - 3:45
#5 - 4:16

Roller & Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: My rests wound up being a little longer than 60 seconds. Surprise. That I will need to control.

Today was tough. I will try to get them to around 3:30 for the longest round.
