A Very Short Workout

BUt I am sore form the short workouts all week, so I had better stop being so skeptical.
3 sets of neutral grip chins
4 sets of hyperextensions
and 4 sets of seated calf raises.
Took a high energy step class and sweated like I used to :)
Tomorrow is arms and a kickboxing class...sounds like fun!!
