Abs and chest

I didn't wake up early today for the gym because my bed was so comfortable. I realised this was a bad idea when I was completely exhausted after work but I went to see my friend today and after a meal and some rest, a few hours later I was energised and good to go to the gym. I will keep trying to go to the gym before work in the morning but chances are, I'll do it once and then I'll want to sleep in. I start work early tomorrow as well so I'll try to go before I start.

I feel like for the past 3 days I've been the only one flogging. I hope people start reading because it really motivates me to keep going.

Today for abs
3x15 crunches
3x15 twisting crunches
3x15 lying kicks

and for chest each exercise I did 20 reps, then 16 and then 14
Incline bench press
flat bench press
dumbell fly

I did 20 minutes of yoga today as opposed to 10 because I didn't have to do cardio and why not dedicate a little more extra time to getting more flexible? ^_^

It's been a week since I got back into the gym again and I've started eating healthier. I feel lighter and happier in general. Exercise is the best thing to get addicted to!
