Abs & Cardio

I ALMOST drove home instead of driving to the gym. I figured I could do abs at home and run around the neighborhood. But I knew I probably wouldn't. I had a protein drink at 4:00 p.m. and felt really bloated and almost sick to my stomach. Felt a little better after I expelled some of the gas on the way to the gym (yes, big belch, isn't that a pretty thought? Could be worse, MUCH worse, trust me).
Abs:
Crossover crunches per my understanding of Amy's explanation (10 lb. dumbbell in each hand).
3 sets, 15x10 each side--the first two sets I held the two dumbbells and alternated. On the last set I held one dumbbell and did one side, switched the dumbbell to the other hand and did the other side.
Double crunches: 3 sets, 20 reps, no weight added
Cardio--Our gym is SO crowded I'm not sure I'll ever get the opportunity to use a treadmill again. Not without waiting 15 or 20 minutes for one to free up, so I did the most unpopular stairclimber for 30 minutes, including my cooldown. My stomach was acting up and I barely made the 30 minute mark. Also, with all those bodies, and now that the weather is starting to warm up, the place is like a sauna...I think I was getting a little overheated. Supposedly they are opening a new 24 Fitness a few miles down the road. I'm praying that it is an additional gym and not a replacement.
My diet is doing well...I managing to get my macros pretty well on target, calories are right on. AND...I think it is starting to work! I weighed in at a hair under 134...don't think my weight has been that low since I was 28. Let's hope it continues in that direction. I think 128 is the lowest weight I've ever maintained for any length of time in my adult life.
