Actually for 3/1/04
Did chest, triceps and abs yesterday.
Bench press: 55/15, 65/12, 75/8, 95 5
Incline Bench: 65/10, 75/8, 95/5
Incline db press w/ super of pushups: 20/12, 25/10, 25/10... superset of pushups was to failure
Triceps
Skull crushers: 30/15, 40/10, 40/10
One arm cable press downs: 30/10, 30/10, 30/10
Only did 12 minutes of cardio. Today only doing cardio, going for a good 45 minutes.
