again with the no workout!

Well Little Mutt seems to want Daddy to hold him in order to sleep. So, I had the chance to go this morning but I was so tired that I felt it would have been bad to go. I have also turned this week into a "mini bulk" for lack of a better term. Lots of pasta, sandwhiches, instead of oatmeal and egg whites. I feel good but a little thick..if that makes any sense. I also measured my thighs, about 2 months ago(pre-Y era) they measured at 31.5-32 inches. Now they are a 29inches. I see a lot of definiton in them which I love. Now just gotta add the 2 inches back as muscle! I will hit legs and possibly arms tomorrow, then shoulders and day three of cardio on sunday. I will not do legs on sunday again as 2 days of rest is not enough for my deadlifts....
