Alive with endorphins...

I'm always feeling groovy as I'm walking back to the locker room on leg days Has to be endorphins. Feels great! Of course, that cup of coffee I carry around as my workout drink doesn't hurt, I'm sure :-).
Here's how day 2 looks:
Squats: 15x105,12x110,10x115,8x120 (I read that women can work their way up to squatting their body weight fairly quickly--15 lbs. to go! I suppose if I just did one or two reps I'd be a lot closer than that)
Walking lunges (these are evil, but I love them!)
3 sets 15x50 each
Jump squats: the 4 of us must have been a sight bouncing up and down in the aerobics room. Oh well...they were fun!
3 sets of 15
Step ups: 3 sets, 12x50 each
Had a little time to stretch. My daughter is scheduled to meet me at the gym after work for cardio and so I can get her started on shoulder strengthening exercises to help with her dislocating shoulder. I invited her last night, but she was in the middle of making chocolate chip cookies!
