Almost done first full week

Second day I went after a work meeting and went back to work after the whole day was exhausting don't think I'll be doing that again. Workout went well 20min cardio on treadmill, 20 crunches, 20 crunchesx10lbs, 36 shoulder pressesx 10lbs and 36 lateral raisesX 20lbs the weight I could handle for the lateral raises was surprising.
Next time I did 20min on treadmill, 20crunches, 20 crunchesX 10lbs, did 36 lateral pull downsX 30lbs I want to try 40lbs next time. Did 36 lateral rowsX 20lbs, 36 bicep curlsX 10lbs and lastly 36 cable bicep curlsX 10lbs. The cable curls were the hardest for me my left bicep is extremely weak compared to my right and I really struggled with 10lbs. But felt good and finished strong and biceps are pretty tender day after.
