Alright Me, TIme for Day 1

Yesterday I made my first FLog/ Blog and it really put me in a positive mind set as to how and what I want to do it. I realized that I am making big changes so everything has to be done new and differently. Even if I am just talking to myself, it is helpful to use this as a placebo and at least "think" some one out there is listening. So, it is day 1 of my personal challenge and I guess baby steps are an order. I want to go at least 30 days of no soda, junk food, and consistent with my exercise routine. I don't want to quit but motivation happens for people in a lot of different ways. Like I said in my first VLog, hopefully I can inspire some one to be serious about making a change within themselves. It is 11:50AM for me right now, last night I decided to make a grocery list. Since I am doing everything different, I need to, of course, attack my eatng habits right away. Baby steps, Jazz, baby steps. SO, I decided to stop eating after 8PM. Once I go through 2 weeks of that to at least get my body used to it, I will stop eating after 7:30PM, and then 7PM should be a good stopping point. After this post, I am off to the store to get healthier foods and what not. I think I want to start the slim fast challenge too. When I get back I will start my first day of exercise. I want to and I WILL do this... And for you, who ever you may be, even if I am just talking to myself, I know you can too. Just stay positive
