The workout went well but the gym was busy loads of guys not really training more interested in posing and chatting,it really annoys the hell out of me when it is like that,lazy bastards,dont know why they even bother going to the gym,they treat it like a social club.. sorry about the mood im in but its just so frustrating,not being able to train hard because of others pissing about on the equipment AHHHHHHHHH....hope everone else hard a better day at the gym...hey there charlie..
