Snatch Grip Deadlifts: 3 sets 8x135,8x135,8x135
Superset those with:
T-pushups: 3 sets, 8x15 ea. (bumped up the weight a bit)
Bulgarian Split Squats with Dumbbell Presses
3 sets; 8x15 ea.
Superset with underhand lat pulldowns, 3 sets, 8x112.5,8x112.5,8x112.5 (pinned a 2.5 lb. plate to the stack)
Romanian Deadlifts with bentover rows
8x60x3
Lower body Russian twists: 3x8
Although it only took a little over 3 weeks, it felt much longer. I took Friday off for recovery...my back was still sore from Tuesdays DL's. Wasn't sure about today after going for max and 75% max yesterday, but everything seems fine. I will be working light the rest of the week. May come in for some upper body isolation stuff, but I'm laying off my lower body. My knees are quite sore and I'm hoping the time off will make the difference.
