Warm Up: KB and some joint mobility

C&P/Pull Up Ladders: 3 ladders of 3 rungs with the 16kg

On the Minute Swings: 10reps/rest for 100 swings

Scap Retraction: 10/10/10

Roller & Stretch: 20:00

Thoughts: My right quad is tight.. this is part of my hip flexor problem, too. Chiro is aware. Somehow I gotta loosen it up.. massage? Something tells me that would be wildly painful.
