And I'm off.....

I found this site by chance or maybe divine intervention, I'm not really sure. What I am sure of is if I don't get a handle on my weight immediately I am going to find myself regaining the 100 pounds I lost in record time! My main problem is that I have an addiction to sugar that rivals any drug addicts addiction. Luckily for them when they need help they get to check into a rehab where they receive unconditional support. They never have to lay their eyes on their drug of choice again. They don't have to worry about walking past it in at the grocery store or smelling it when they walk into a restaurant. The sugar addict, on the other hand has no way of avoiding their "drug" because sugar is everywhere and in almost everything. Because I crave sugar so desperately I have a two fold problem. First, once I get a taste of something sweet I go into some kind of sugar coma and eat until I am sick. If there isn't any sugar around I find myself eating massive amounts of bread, fruit , or whatever in an attempt to fulfill my brain's need for sugar saturated carbs. Yesterday I ran 7 miles then ate dinner at Burger King, (Spicy Chicken Sandwich, fry)! Today at 7am. I ate 1 hard boiled egg and 1/2 grapefruit. At 8am I ran  2 1/2 miles. At 1pm I had a tky and egg white sandwich loaded with veggies and topped with vinegar and jalapenos. Not bad, right? Okay, here comes the embarrassing part. At 4pm I had a crispy chicken ranch snack wrap and small fry from McDonalds. Then I had a handful of chocolate covered dried plums. Then I had four carmel creams, one chocolate chip truffle cookie. A while later I had a piece of apple pie with three scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt. ARGH!!!!! Why do I do this? I have gone months without eating fast food garbage and now I ate it two consecutive days! Does anyone out there have anything they can say or any advice they can offer to help me get back on track?
