I randomly found this site this morning, turns out it's pretty good. Got back into exercise in September, been doing two Bokwa classes a week since and a whole lotta walking (
and some running).
Worked really hard this week but last nighthad a couple of slices of pizza, coke and then an ice cream which i suppose defeats the purpose! Scolding myself this morning.
This weekend it will be more walking and maybe a run tomorrow. Monday definite walking/running with a Bokwa class in the evening and then site workout plan begins on Tuesday. Off to purchase balance ball, some weights and some more workout gear today. I find that if I have clean gear by the bed in the morning then I can just get up and go.
Good luck to everyone out there who have also set themselves the challenge.
