Tuesday! I was still a bit tired today, but better tha Monday - noy quite so zombie-like ;)

AM cardio - really stupid Jane Fonda aerobics video (won't do that again, it goes straight back to the library..) 25 minutes

Workout - Back and Hammies
Warm-up elliptical and light pull-ups
Bentover BB rows 85X12, 95X10, 105X8 felt bettr this week
closegrip pulldown 90X12, 100X10, 105X8 easier
wide cable row 65X12, 75X12, 85X10
seated leg curl 100X12, 120X10, 120X8
SLDL, limited ROM 85X12, 95X12, 105X10

PM cardio : 33 minutes intervals on elliptical

Tuesday food:

1sccop whey
crystal lite

1 egg, 4 whites
1 banana,
WF choc dip

9:15
chicken breast
1/2c oats
tsp smart balance/sugar twin brown

12:30
small yukon gold potato, nuked
can of tuna
spoonful lite mayo, 5 green olives
1c broccoli/sugar snap peas/carrot slices, steamed
smart balance

(workout)

3:10
PWO shake:
1 scoop casein
1 scoop whey
glutamine
&gt;30g mixed cho
crystal lite w/ A, C, E

6:00
1/2c black rice
1 1/3 salmon patties
salad greens, drizzle of green goddess dressing

(cardio)

9:15
2 scoops casein
Wf choc dip

Things I did right today:
1) Got out to the dog park again, soaked up some sunlight.
2)Hmmm. I got my workouts in :)
3) Ate right!
