well another day over and did my six miles again and then swimming, no aches or pains as of yet, but i know theres lots of time for that, but what i dont understand is why do they have vending machines at the leasure centre that sell chocolate a soon as you walk in there and when you are coming out, its the same in all the shops right by the tills chocolate not just the odd bar, but loads of different ones, i so hate going to shop.
