Finish: 8:09am

Warm Up: 9:00

Practice: Cleans/presses/snatches 8:30

Manmakers: OTM 10 reps per work for a total of 120. 12:00

Supinated Ring Rows: 10/6/6

Roller & Stretch: not sure how long.. didn't start the watch. Added a few yoga moves for areas that need stretching.. which is pretty much all of them.

Thoughts: Felt pretty good today. I seem to be pretty close to back to normal.
