Chest
Machine Incline Presses 6X100, 7x90, 5x100, 4x100
Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses 12x30, 6x30, 5x30, 7x30
Dumbbell Incline Presses 11x30, 6x30, 5x30, 4x30
Bicep
Seated Dumbbell Curls 12x20, 12x20, 10x20,8x20
Standing Two Hand Cable Curls 10x40, 7x40, 8x40, 5x40
45 minutes on treadmill, 15 minutes on bike.
It seemed like a lot more when I was doing it. Multiple sets tire me out. By the last set I felt like jelly. Six weeks until the cruise.
