Another wonderful week has begun!

Hmmm I don't know if the week will be wonderful or not lol but I hope that if I say it, then that's what it'll be...!
I just finished morning cardio; 32 mins on the Elliptical, 1630Kjoule wich is only around 350kcal.......
I'll do some chest and biceps later this morning and then back and tris tonight.
Yesterday I didn't do any weight training but I went to a big stadium and worked some jumping and sprinting with my husband and dog (she won!).
Saturday morning I did a nice training though:
Lunges 5x40reps (I like to torture myself!)
1h biceps cable curl 3x20 (supersetting with)
1h triceps cable ext 3x20
2h cable curl 1x20 1x12 1x10
Machine curl 3x10
Triceps 1H cable kick back 1x20 3x10
Dips 5x10
Crunches 10x20reps (supersetting with)
Leg raises 10x20reps

I ate too much this weekend......... I didn't eat MUCH but I still ate some candies, some cookies and a little bit of icecream, and that's three things TOO much!! )o;
The fact is that I don't think that I'll be able to compete already (and I haven't even received the necessairy competition info) so I tend to let myself be less strict about the diet.... I don't know if that's good though.
