-Medicine ball 10lb standing Twists 3x15
-Bands Power Front Raises 3x15
-Medicine ball 10lb Hi-Low Twists 3x10
-Lying Bicycle Kicks 3x15
-Ball Balance w/2 balls 3x30secs
-Bosu Ball Medicine ball 4lb standing Twists 1x10
-Bosu Ball Underhand Medicine ball 4lb Throw 3x10
-Bosu Ball Overhead Medicine ball Throw 3x10
-Bosu Ball Calf raises 3x50
Cardio
Elliptical Trainer 5 min/20 grade/10 resistance
