Arms

So my little old arms thought I was going to go in and do the normal 3 sets of this 3 sets of that...HA! IT was time for a shake up. I started it off by loading a barbell up with 95lbs, here is what follows:
95x10 105x5 (no rest between) 85x12 75x10..again no rest. Then off to the dumbbell rack. 45x8 40x8 35x10 30x10 25x10 very little rest.
Hammer curls 40x10 45x8
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10 40x10
Press downs 75x10 100x10
V-bar press downs 65x10 50x10
Cybex tricep machine not sure of the weight it was about 70 I did 12 reps raised it one level and did 10 more really squeezing it out.
Cardio 20 mins 300 cals burned.

Highlights: Just what the freaking Doctor ordered! My arms are pumped and tight and tired all to hell.

Lowlights: None really, except that my shoulders are pulled into play with the biceps..need to elimate that may try bracing my back against a wall.
