Arms 2 working sets

and almost all new exercises :) Fun! Good workout today :)
Warm-ups not included. some weights are a little light because i have to play around a bit to find the right working weight...

db kickback 2 sets 25X8
bb curls 65X9, 65X8 finally feeling stronger on these..
SS:
overhead cable rope ext 70X10, 90X10
db alt curls 35'sX6, 30'sX10
SS:
single arm cable pulldown 30X10, 40X10
single arm cable curl 30X10, 40X8
Did 30 minutes elliptical in THR zone after! Done, feeling really fresh this week :)
