Weighed in today :) down a pound :) someone had the calipers, so no body comp, so we will do that next weekend.
Last night - 45 minutes cardio 15 treadmill/15 upright bike/15 elliptical

warm-up weight not included. A good workout today, stronger than last week and everything felt good.

Skullcrushers 55x12, 65X6&6 negatives, 65X6&6 negatives
bench dips 3 sets +50X12
single tri pushdown 45X12, 50X10 drop 50X10 40x8 30X6
cardio later ;)
