1st thing body comp and posing...weight is down 6 pounds from last weigh in!!! :) :) and Im eating friggin bananas..lol :D
45 minutes cardio, a meal and then arms:
w/u not included
BB curls 55X12, 60X8, 8
Alt DB curls 25'sX12, 12, 30'sX8
Incline curls 20'sX10, 15'sX15
Skullcrusher to NG press 3 sets 55X10/15
rope pushdown 90X10, 90X9, 80X15
Arms day kinda bores the sh*t outta me, lol. O well. more cardio later!
