arms 5 working sets

dropped my weights alittle to go for the pump and dropped the rest time out almost completely between sets.

warm-ups not included:
SS
db kickback 30X8, 25X10, 10, 10 dropset 25X10 15X10 10X10 8X10
BB curls 65X6, 55X10 4 sets

SS
overhead rope tri ext 110X7, 4 sets 90X10
db curls switched to seated 35/25X3/8, 3 sets 25X10, dropset 25X10 15x10 12.5X10 8X10

SS
single arm cable tri pushdown 45x10, 10, 35X10, 30X15, 15
single cable bi curl 40X8, 40X6, 30X8 25X10,10 burnt out

Will do cardio tonite :)
