Warm-ups not included:

SS:
BB curl 65X8 2 sets
Close grip bench 150X10, 160X7

SS:
Db curls 30'sX8 25'sX10
Skull crushers 65X5, 55X10
I busted my weight back down on those, maybe boxing yesterday wore my triceps out, there just was no power :(

SS:
cable curls 2 sets 80X10
Tri pressdown w/rope 2 sets 100X10

SS:
Db suitcase handles 25'sX15 2 sets
BB wrist curls 45X15 2 sets

Did my 30 minutes cardio on the step and jumping rope.
