Arms and finally cardio :p

Yesterday I cleaned all day and as the day wore on my stiffness and pain increased..so no cardio afterall.

Today is much better, still sore and stiff, but went in and did arms and had energy left iver, so i did cardio...holding my right pec the whole time. LOL. it hurt too much if I tried to go fast and not hold the muscle stable.

BB curls 50X15, 55X12, 60X8, 60X7

alt db curls 25x12, 25x12, drop 30X6 20X10 15X12

incline curls 15x12, 15x12, drop 20x10 15x10 12x10

skullcrushers 55x12 60x9&6 negatives, 60X7&6 negatives

assisted dips 15, 12, 11

one arm tri pressdown 45x12, 45x12, drop 50x10 40x10 30x8 fried :)

45 minutes elliptical...holding right pec like a tard...cranked the resistance up so my hr would go up without haing to go tooo fast...
