Arms and KUDOS!

I had a pretty good workout today, a little unfocused due to poor choice of music (note to self: don't load up all the sexiest songs you can on a playlist and expect to be focused on heavy lifting, lol), I was setting up for my db curls and these two ladies (who are always there doing some silly pink db workout) say to me "You must be training for something specific" I say "Yes, bodybuilding" and they say "You look great, you are doing great" ahhh got a few extra reps the first set of db curls and skullcrushers! Ty Ladies. It is nice because this morning I got ready to workout and looked in the mirror and realized that, at week 4, I have hit that magic moment when suddenly I look different, usually it is around week 6-8...but earlier is plenty good :D
Warm-ups not included

BB curls 65X7, 6, 7, 7, 7 barely
Closegrip bench - 15-X7, 8,8,8,8 these just sort of opened up and got easy all of sudden

Db curls 30'sX9 (TY Ladies!), 30'sX8,8,7,6
skull crushers 65X10 (woot!), 65X9, 7, 6, 4 guess I shot my wad on the first set, lol

cable curls 80X8,8,7,7,7
Tri pressdown w/rope 100X8, 7, 7, 7, 7 toasty
Db suitcase handles 25'sX15 2 sets
bb forearm curls 45X15, 12 too pumped, lol
Did half hour on theupright, next to the pink db ladies on their ellipticals...when I took off my ipod at the end they asked "How long do you workout everyday?" maybe next time I see them I will tell them I probably workout less time each day then they do and that it is all about the diet......
I might also tell them to get some Supergirl underwear, cuz I am sure that is helping too ;)
