Barbell curls 75x10 85x10 95x10 105x6
Alt curls (decsending sets) 45x8 40x10 35x10
Preacher curls (DB) 25x10 30x10
Hammer 40x10 35x12
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
Pressdowns 75x10 85x10 60x10
"V" bar pressdowns 60x10x3

20 mins treadmill(hated it) at 3.4, then ran at 4.3 for the last 2 minutes at .5 incline
Highlights-arms went very well loved it.
Lowlights none really.
