Arms , bleh

Today's workout lacked zip..I was having a tough time with weights i did fine with last week...the only thing I can figure is that either my hormones are a little off or maybe my asthma is affecting me more than i thought. my asthma has been flaring up since Saturday and I am going to the doc tomorrow....
warm-ups not included

Close grip bench 165X10, 9, 9,9
Barbell curl 65X8, 8, 55X10, 10
SS:
Skull crushers 65X10, 10, 7, 5 & 3 negs
Concentration curl 30X8, 25X10 3 sets
SS:
Tris pressdown w/rope 105X8, 7 100X8, 7 poo
cable curl 85X8, 7 80X8, 9
I threw in 3 sets of light tricep dips...and then i skipped forearms because my forearms were really tight and sore.
Cardio - 10 minutes treadmill, 28 minutes elliptical
