And body comp - down another percentage!!!!!!! :)
Good workout - skullcrushers were weak today, not sure why...everything else felt good.
BB curls 50x15, 55X12, 60X8, 8
alt db curls 25'sx12, 30'sX8, dropset 30'sX8 20'sx12, 15'sX12
incline curls 20'sx10, 10, dropset 20'sx10 15'sX10 12'sx12
skullcrushers 55x12, 60X8 & 6 neg, 60X6 & 4 neg
dips assisted 12, 12, 10 less assist wt than last week
rope tri pushdown 70x12, 80X12, 100X8
followed up with 45 min cardio :)
