Good workout - woke up early and just went in and hit it hard :)
split my cardio in half again, 23 minutes before lifting and 23 minutes after on the elliptical.
warmups not included
alternating db curls 20'sX12, 25'sX12, drop 35'sX6 30'sX6 20'sX10
ez bar curls 45x12, 50X12, 55X8, 55X8
incline curls 2 sets 15'sX12, 20'sX10
SS
skullcrushers 50X12, 55X10, 55X10
closegrip press 50x12, 55x12, 55X12
db kickback 3 sets 15X12
did overhead ext right after each side of kickbacks til failure (lol about 5 reps)
Done! :)
