another tough day. spiking my insulin as i write this.
superset 1
standing bb bicep curls w/green band:
12 x 30, 10 x 30, 10 x 30
with
standing bb bicep curls w/no band:
12 x 30, 10 x 30, 10 x 30
superset 2
db kickbacks w/green band:
3 x 12 x 10
with
standing cable pushdowns:
3 x 12 x 80
seated calf extensions:
3 x 15 x 80
superset 3
bb wrist curls:
3 x 12 x 20
with
bb reverse wrist curls:
3 x 12 x 20
medicine ball!
sit-up throws against the wall
3 x 15 x 6
superset 4
side tosses:
3 x 12 x 8 each side
with
wall jumps:
3 x 30 sec
superset 5
overhead med ball tips on wall:
3 x 30 x 4
with
single-leg wall jumps:
3 x 20 sec
stretched, then rode the bike home. there is currently a hurricane 6 hours away from me. the headwind was not favorable, but it was nice that it only rained while i was inside the gym.
