arms, shoulder rehab, stability - 8/8

here's a delayed entry. texans preseason is in full swing and i'm lucky to have time to go to the gym. logging it is another story.

i'm increasing my shoulder rehab to 3x/week because it is so jacked up. doc's recommendation. surgery is around the corner.

bb 21s:
2 x 21 x 30

db incline curls:
3 x 12 x 15s

cable pushdowns:
2 x 12 x 80, 12 x 90

db kickbacks:
3 x 12 x 15

internal/external rotation:
3 x 12 x green band (each side, each movement)

single arm lateral raises:
3 x 12 x 5 each arm w/green band

leg raises w/overhead medicine ball lift
2 x 10

reverse dead bugs:
2 x 10

biked home.
