"You need to eat more." That's what I heard from one of the trainers at the gym today after I had an assessment done. And being one of her co-workers and one that preaches the same thing, I suppose I should.
But I've fallen into the trap everyone else does. I think I'm already eating lots. Mind you, I don't count calories. But I never feel hungry.
So, here's how things panned out today as compared with last time.
March 25th:
Weight - 181lbs
Thigh - 55cm
Chest - 104cm
Calf - 35cm
Abdomen - 87cm
LBM - 156.89lbs (86.7%)
BFM - 24.11lbs (13.3%)
BMR - 2017 cals
June 2nd:
Weight - 187lbs
Thigh - 52cm (-3)
Chest - 103cm (-1)
Calf 34cm (-1)
Abdomen - 88cm (+1)
LBM - 155.27lbs (83%)
BFM - 31.73lbs (17.0%)
BMR - 2007 cals
I am now at the top of my healthy range. I should be between 8-17% BF.
So, while I don't count calories anymore, I may try to be more aware of what it is I'm putting in my mouth. I've been fairly leniant lately (that could explain a few things).
Next week, back to kettlebells with likely some specific chest exercises (press) along with some bicep/tricep stuff thrown in too.
