I just got back from my 20 minute jog and my lungs are killing me. Stupid asthma. I just started 3 days ago. I am planning on jogging three days a week ( not one after another except this week it will be 4 days because I jogged yesterday as well when I got bored after strength training ) I am doing strength training 4 days a week. I started my slim fast shakes today. So, my diet plan is 2 8oz shakes, 2 snacks, and 1 decent 500 calorie meal. Honestly I have never been fat. I'm not fat right now. I just don't feel as confident as I used to. I want to increase my cardiovascular and muscular endurance. I want to be fit. I want to be able to go swimming and feel good about how I look in a bikini. I want to be happy with myself. I am currently 5'0 and 110 lbs. If you have any advice you could offer me that would be kind.
