Asthma Sucks

I just got back from my 20 minute jog and my lungs are killing me. Stupid asthma. I just started 3 days ago. I am planning on jogging three days a week ( not one after another except this week it will be 4 days because I jogged yesterday as well when I got bored after strength training ) I am doing strength training 4 days a week. I started my slim fast shakes today. So, my diet plan is 2 8oz shakes, 2 snacks, and 1 decent 500 calorie meal. Honestly I have never been fat. I'm not fat right now. I just don't feel as confident as I used to. I want to increase my cardiovascular and muscular endurance. I want to be fit. I want to be able to go swimming and feel good about how I look in a bikini. I want to be happy with myself. I am currently 5'0 and 110 lbs. If you have any advice you could offer me that would be kind.

    The slim fast is for the protein XD its cheaper than other protein supliments

    It sounds to me that you should be proud of your body. If your not over weight why the slim fast? Self image is one thing, self lothing is another. Good luck to you. I too want to feel better about my health. How old or young are you? That could make a differenc in your approch. Again good luck to you =0)
