At it again. This time sticking with it.

So yesterday I did a full body workout, my thighs were almost fully healed from my first workout the other day so it shouldn't be so bad from here on on. I believe the pain of the first workout is the worst but I'm over that hump so it can only get better. In any case I'm sticking through it, pain means the muscles are repairing themselves so I must be doing it right. :)

I will stick to this 500 calories a day max and will be checking my progress. Hopefully within the next 7 days I will have lost at least 5 lbs but if not that's ok. Anything is better than nothing. It took me years to get to this state, it won't be easy but it will be totally worth it.

Perseverance, determination & focus are key.
