At the office, printing off some reading material
I just made a document of all of the resource information from this website and I look forward to reading it tonight. I've always gone about fitness the wrong way. There are ways to strengthen your body, and there's no way I can know those ways if I don't read about them.
I never knew there was a website like this so well designed. I think it's what I need to finally be rid of the weight I've been meaning to lose for a very long time.
