Awesome chest workout!! Oh yeah, did abs too!1

Got a great chest workout today. Personal highs again on dumbbell benches, not just 2 sets of 2 reps with 110's, but 2 sets of 4 each with 110's, and then after doing benches, inclines, declines, and flies and seated presses(another record here for me, I did the full stack for the first time, 290!!), I went back and did 3 more reps with 100 lb. dumbbells, without a spot!! Whooo---hooo. Not ba for a 52 year old!!
Flat dumbbell benches
(warmup)....35x12,50x8,65x6
Sets....85x7,95x4,100x2(all of these without a spot), 110x4,110x3,100x5
Incline dumbbells
Sets....70x6,80x4,85x3,75x4
Decline barbell bench
(warmup)....185x5
Sets....230x2,230x4,240x3,,230x3
Seated chest press
Sets....270x4,290x3(yes!!!),290x2,
Flat bench flies
Sets....45x12,50x9
Abs
Stoked today...got to figure out what I did yesterday, cause today I had the same breakfast. Couldn't believe how strong I was, felt like I could have gone on.
