Awesome workout!!
5:30 am.... 20 minutes of ok sprints, had a girlfriend w/ me and we were talking so couldn't really do the sprints I normally do, will try again on Wednesday. Then did 20 minutes on the elliptical.
Lunch
Squats: 95/10, 105/12, 105/12
Leg press: down low w/ feet together..90/15, 90/15, 90/15
high shoulder width: same
feet wide, toes out: same
One leg squats, no weights.. two sets 15 each leg
20 more minutes good cardio
