Chins 3x5 (little help with legs it feels like I am using a little less)
Bent rows 185x10 215x10 225x10 235x9
Deadlifts 225x10 275x10 315x7
Lat pull down back/front:100x10 125x10/5
Cardio 20 mins weight 290!
Highlights: I actually got in! I hit the bent rows hard I had great form with the last set. Next week though I am dropping them off till last (it will allow me to go heavier at deadlifts and I will be forced to go lighter with the BR)
Lowlights: 315x7 is not acceptable! for me on deadlifts....need to find the reason for my strenght failing at that weight. Maybe I need to eat somehow before going.
